Stay Bright OKC is a mobile headlight restoration business in the Oklahoma City metro. This page explains what information we collect when you ask for a quote or booking, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, and ZIP code
- Your vehicle's make, year, and model, and any details or photos you send about your headlights
- Which ad or page led you to us, so we know which advertising works
We collect this when you fill out the form on our website, submit a form through a Facebook or Instagram ad, or call, text, or message us.
How we use it
- To contact you about your quote or booking, mainly by phone call or text message
- To schedule and complete your service, and to honor your warranty
- To understand which of our ads and pages bring in customers
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
Services we use
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform. If you submit a form inside a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta collects that information and passes it to us. Meta's handling of data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Formspree: processes submissions from the form on our website and delivers them to us by email.
- Netlify: hosts our website.
- Google Analytics: measures how visitors find and use our website (pages viewed, buttons tapped, which ad or link brought them) so we can see what works. It does not receive what you type into forms. Google's handling of data is covered by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity: records how visitors use our website (clicks, taps, and scrolling) so we can improve it. It does not record what you type into forms. Microsoft's handling of data is covered by Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
Our website also stores a small note in your browser for up to 7 days recording which ad you came from, so your request is credited to the right ad.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Just call or text us, or reply "stop" to any text.
